Courses may be studied in the following ways:
Self Study
Study in the privacy of your own home and whenever you have time available using the course materials (videos and manuals) provided.
Note: Videos are only available on-line from Lifekeys for three months from start date.
Self Study +
Self Study plus course discussion with an ACC Counsellor (as needed during the course). Reduced counselling rates will apply – refer ACC for more information.
Group Study
Study in weekly sessions with a group at ACC which is led by trained facilitators (when available).

Six Empowering Principles:
Dr. Allan Meyer shares six principles for a biblical and self-aware expression of sexuality.
Deadly Dating:
Rethinking the concept of virginity and dating, addressing the responsibility of guarding virginity, and exploring the consequences of pairing off.
How Far Can I Go?:
Encouraging the maintenance of a spirit of virginity aligned with God's purposes.
Safe Sex:
Understanding the principles of marriage and covenant and preparing for a life of intimacy.
How Will I Know?:
Identifying key factors to discern God's guidance in forming a marriage relationship.
Healing:
Exploring repentance, the healing process, and the next steps after experiencing sexual hurt or confusion.
