Meet Robyn Reeder
With over 40 years of experience working in and managing residential and community aged care programs across NSW and Victoria, Robyn brings a wealth of operational knowledge and practical insight. Her expertise spans gerontology, dementia care, cultural diversity, leadership, quality and accreditation, and customer service. Robyn’s approach is personal, informative, and grounded in decades of real-world experience — helping families understand their options and make confident, informed decisions.
