The Purpose of Lifekeys Courses
Lifekeys was created to give everyday people access to tools, understanding, and safe environments that help them work through life’s challenges. The courses combine clear teaching, relatable stories, and supportive group discussion to help individuals gain insight, build resilience, and make positive, lasting change.
The program has helped thousands of people navigate issues such as relationships, emotional wellbeing, boundaries, identity, and recovery from past experiences.
Where Lifekeys Began
Lifekeys was founded by Dr Allan and Helen Meyer during their 26 years of pastoral leadership at Careforce Church in Mt. Evelyn, Australia. What began as a response to the emotional and relational needs within their local community grew into a collection of practical, life-changing courses designed to help people heal, grow, and find hope.
Although Lifekeys has been widely used in churches across Australia and around the world, its foundation has always been simple: people everywhere carry deep hurts — and with the right support, they can experience real restoration and personal growth.
