Following the success of our inaugural Parenting Seminar in September, we plan to run these events 1–2 times each year. To be among the first to know when new dates are announced, please register your interest using the form below.

About the Seminar
The Parenting Seminar is presented by Mr Alex Reese, Registered Counsellor. The seminar is designed for families and is focussed upon managing digital technology use by adolescent children in the home.
The seminar will be especially valuable for parents who are supporting children with ADHD and other focus related challenges. It will present practical strategies that are grounded in empathy and evidence -based care.
At the seminar parents of children (12+) will gain skills on how to navigate digital-era challenges using collaborative strategies.
The seminar covers insights gained from counselling and research, collaborative parenting methods (including boundary setting), and development of a tailored parenting plan.
DURATION: 2hrs (with additional time for Q+A)
Coping with the challenges of parenting in the digital age.
Parents of children (12–25) gain skills on how to navigate digital-era challenges using collaborative strategies.
