How it works
Once you register, you’ll receive a 15-minute phone chat every fortnight with a trained wellness professional. These calls are friendly, supportive, and tailored to you – whether you’d like to talk about your health, get advice, share how you’re feeling, or simply enjoy a caring conversation.
