An 8-session course for women that focuses on personal growth by understanding the influences of their past. Guided by Christian principles, the study is designed for women at any stage of their journey, whether dealing with deep wounds or simply seeking personal growth.

Format:
Weekly 1.5hr study with a small group of women
(8 sessions in total)
In this course you will have the opportunity to:
Explore strategies and skills to overcome past challenges
Engage in group discussions and reflection with a trained facilitator
Examine emotional/behavioural patterns, and learn how relationships
can be rebuilt, in a safe, confidential environment
