SERVICES

Supervision

Ashgrove Community Care believes in supporting and encouraging those whose roles are to care, support and lead others.

Supervision provides a regular opportunity for reflection and support for those in caring and leadership roles. A confidential, structured space is provided in supervision to review work experiences and methods used, to explore current challenges, and to invest in personal and professional growth.

Supervision services at ACC are facilitated by Rev Lorrie Pfeffer, a professionally qualified, experienced and compassionate supervisor who is committed to walking alongside those who care, support and lead others.

Pastoral and Chaplaincy Supervision

Regular supervision is a vital part of sustainable and ethical practice if you are serving in ministry, either as a pastor, chaplain or program leader.

Supervision is normally conducted twice per year, or more frequently if required. Sessions with a trained and experienced supervisor will help you to be more effective in your role, will help to prevent disappointment and burnout, will safeguard your wellbeing and ensure longevity in your calling.

Professional Supervision

Professional and regular supervision is an essential requirement for counsellors and psychologists to maintain their profession registration in Australia.

Sessions provide a confidential environment to reflect on your practice, review complex cases, develop and enhance your professional skills.

Supervision supports best practice services for your clients, as well as improved professional and personal skills, confidence and wellbeing.
